This HRM tool provides a multilingual self-service employee portal with various features for managing employees efficiently. 1. Time Clock and Field Check-In

   • Employers can choose to capture selfie and geolocation for Time Clock entries and both are required for Field Check-In, which tracks mobile workforce attendance.
   • Employees can check their attendance records, including tardiness, overtime, undertime, and status (e.g., Present or Absent).
   • Access to time clock selfies and geolocation maps.
   • Generate Attendance Reports.

2. e-Leave (Leave Management System)

   • View leave entitlements and application history.
   • Apply for new leaves, modify or cancel existing ones.
   • Leave Schedule and Planner for employees to track their leaves and view colleagues' leaves based on employer settings.
   • Managers can review leave applications through the Leave Review feature or Leave Planner.
